"We had a client assignment for a Director of Internal Audit for a large manufacturing company in the Chicago area. We contacted Work Ministry to advise them of the opportunity. Our candidate development efforts produced four final candidates, including one referral from a job support group. The candidate who got the offer ($150,000 base plus bonus) was the referral from the Work Ministry process. He was not actively looking, but was known to someone in the group and given a copy of the assignment profile.
