Client is a major hospitality company with global real estate holdings.  We seek a Division Controller with background in Real Estate to lead the function.  Requirements include BS, an MBA preferred, CPA and ten to fifteen years+ experience including Big 4 plus leadership of Accounting for real estate management firm.  Compensation to $150,000 plus bonus, no relocation.

 

VP Sales

Client is a major company in Steel Building industry, seeking VP Sales for leadership of regional centers and sales team of 30.  Background requirements include BS, MBA desired, plus fifteen or more years in sales of steel building or comparable products to commercial construction contractors.   Compensation is a base to $150,000 plus bonus and relocation to attractive community in the lower Midwest area.
